Love My Space is a property management company located in Tacoma, Washington (AKA the city of Destiny). We are part of Theory Real Estate, THE One-Stop-Shop for Real Estate Investors.

Advertise Vacant Units on Zillow, Apartments.com, Trulia, Craigslist, and several other rental sites
Issue Late Notices and Handle Evictions (Free if we secured the Resident)
Provide Rental Application and Screen All Applicants (Including background check)
Schedule Maintenance Repairs with our In-house Maintenance Team and Preferred Vendors
Approve Residents and Sign Leases
Provide Owner Portal with real time information & reports
Receive all Rental Income and Security Deposits

PRICING
MANAGEMENT FEE
(based on total monthly rent amount)
$0-10k = 9.5%
$10k-50k = 8.5%
$50k-100k = 7.5%
$100k+ = 6.5%
LEASING FEE
(when we secure a new resident)
Residential Units = 50% of first month’s rent
Commercial Units = 100% of first month’s rent
